Course Overview

This course provides employees with an understanding of their legal right to know about workplace hazards and the information employers must provide regarding hazardous chemicals and other workplace risks. Participants will learn about hazard communication requirements, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), chemical labeling systems, employee rights, employer responsibilities, and methods for recognizing and protecting themselves from workplace hazards.

The course is designed to support compliance with applicable hazard communication and employee right-to-know regulations while promoting a safer and healthier workplace.
