What You’ll Learn?

Course Details

Scaffold User Training gives personnel who work on or around supported scaffolds the foundational safety knowledge they need before stepping onto a platform. This self-paced online course builds hazard recognition skills so learners can identify fall, struck-by, and collapse dangers common to scaffold work. You will study basic scaffold components and learn safe access and safe use practices for supported scaffold systems. The training explains fall protection principles, including guardrails and personal fall arrest systems, along with the inspection awareness needed to spot unsafe conditions before use. Instruction is grounded in applicable OSHA scaffold requirements under 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L and outlines both employer and employee responsibilities on the job site. It is designed for user-level workers and does not qualify participants to erect, design, or serve as a competent person for scaffolding.

Delivered entirely online through the TTI Learning Management System, the course lets you learn at your own pace within the allotted access period. The curriculum reinforces safe work practices, proper inspection indicators, and the reporting procedures used when scaffold conditions look unsafe. Successful learners earn a certificate of completion and 0.10 IACET CEU, documenting one contact hour of scaffold safety awareness training. Enroll today to strengthen your scaffold user awareness and support a safer, more compliant work site.
